1. The Promoter

The promoter is Coco Cubes (operating under Trufoods Ltd 15418280, Tru Foods Ltd, Enterprise Park, Pride Parkway, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8GL, UK)

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland due to differing regional prize laws).
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of Coco Cubes, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the organization are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter & No Purchase Necessary

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions.
• The specific entry requirements (such as liking the post, following our account, or tagging a friend) will be clearly stated in the accompanying promotional social media post.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional post. Multiple entries using burner or automated accounts will be disqualified.

4. Promotion Period

The competition opening date, closing date, and exact deadline time will be stated clearly in the promotional social post. Entries received after the specified closing time will not be counted.

5. The Prize

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Coco Cubes reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value without prior notice.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all valid entries received using a random digital selection tool.
• The winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from our official verified account only (e.g., @cococubesuk) within 5 days of the closing date.
• Scam Awareness: Coco Cubes will never ask you to click a external link to register your details to claim a prize, nor will we ever ask for credit card/banking details or shipping payments. Please report any fake accounts claiming to be us.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.

Any personal data (such as name, address, and email) provided by the winner will be used solely for the purpose of administering and shipping the prize. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR legislation and our standard Privacy Policy.
